Acolytes are young people who play an integral part in the church services.
They learn about the service and its meanings as they learn how to become acolytes.
Acolytes are involved in the procession, the reading of the Gospel, the Offertory, and the recession. Each has duties during the different parts of the service. We would like to create a strong team spirit among the acolytes in which they assist each other to further their understanding of their ministry and actively foster a deeper understanding of their faith.
