A place to grow spiritually
Church school is in recess for the summer, but will resume on September 25, with an open house and registration the Sunday before.
Children of all ages are part of our worship, fellowship and ministries - whether serving dinner to the homeless, gathering for a Saturday-night dance, or raising money for a mission trip to New Orleans.
Church school for ages 3 through high school is offered at 9 a.m. from the last Sunday in September through Pentecost. Godly Play is a Montessori-based program that creates a sacred space, tells stories and introduces religious language to children through fifth grade.
Middle-school students have their own classes with age-appropriate materials that invite discussion.
Christ Church Youth Group
CCYG provides Christian formation to youth in grades 9-12 through the use of curriculum, discussion, safe recreational activities, and outreach to the community.
Vacation Bible School - June 2011
Taking the plunge at Vacation Bible School!
More than 40 children signed up for Christ Church Dover's 2011 Vacation Bible School, June 20-24. The upstairs parish hall was converted into a beach scene, and the theme was "Son Surf Beach Bash." Thanks to all the cooks, leaders and youth volunteers.
